You must call 262-248-3464 7 days prior to arrival to cancel a reservation. 7 Day notice is required for all cancellations. Must get a cancellation number to confirm cancellation. If you cancel Within 7 days of arrival, you will be charged the full amount for the entire stay, all the room nights reserved.
If you don’t see availability for the dates you need or the room is marked as closed please contact us at 262-248-3464 as availability can change any moment. Roll away bed is NOT available for Pool side Rooms. Pets are allowed only in CERTAIN units with permission and EXTRA charges. Please CALL us if you will be traveling with your pet and need to book your stay. We DO NOT allow pets in all the rooms.
